Amazing Church Service on Sunday

Wow. You'll never believe how our church service was on Sunday. We baptized 8 people and we had so many visitors there to be with their family during this event. We had over 160 people at our little church in Finger. If you can only imagine that just over a year ago when we first came, we had about 40 people that day. Our little minds can't grasp what God can do with people who are committed to obeying him. I am so thankful that Andy chose to obey God's call to preach at the Highlands even though it seemed crazy to us and especially to the rest of the world. But God is good and so much bigger than we are. It's all because of HIM and nothing to do with us! Have courage and say Yes to God when he calls you to do something that seems impossible to you!

Wow. Can you believe it's been this long since I've written anything? You can if you know me very well! I can't access my photos because there's 200 of them trapped in my camera waiting on development. The kids have grown so much since the photos here. Bo will be 11 on Sunday and then Brennan will be 2 on the 22nd. You know it's bad when I couldn't even remember yesterday if Brennan's birthday was the 21st or the 22nd!

Andy was ordained on Sunday night a week ago. I never thought I would be a pastor's wife. Isn't God and his timing amazing? If He can use Andy and I to further his kingdom, He can use anyone. Don't ever think that you and your special unique talents aren't important to God and his Kingdom. Find your niche and get to work!

Andy and I returned to one of the places that we visited on our honeymoon, the old mill in Pigeon Forge. Do we look the same, only older or what?

Fast Tracks!

Fun at the raceway! I think they each had a turn winning. You should have seen the looks of competition on their faces. Bo even rammed into them and sent his car into a tailspin!

Fall Break

It's been awhile since I've posted, but I wanted you to see pictures from our trip to the mountains in early Oct. We went for few days to Pigeon Forge and just played and had fun together. Here we are at Dollywood.

Brennan has the same beautiful eyes that Bo had as a baby. This was taken on Sept. 10th. She was 8 1/2 months old.

Tackle Football has Begun!

Big changes for us this year - tackle football has begun! Andy and Bo are going on year #4 together as a player & coach team. Bo played great and they won the first game! Bo plays running back, wide receiver and quarterback.

Uncle C baptizes Bryce

Carter got to baptize Bryce on Sept. 30th. She was so excited for her Uncle C to be able to come home and do this for her. Now he's had the pleasure of dunking 2 of the kids. Just one more left, but I think it'll be awhile!

Happy Birthday, Mrs. Kathy!

Today is Mrs. Kathy's birthday. That's Andy's mom. She is having a very busy birthday. My parents, Brennan and I went to Reelfoot Lake today to the annual arts and crafts fair. We saw Mrs. Kathy doing her thing. She was selling that jewelry left and right. Brennan slept through it but Big Mama (Kathy) got a birthday kiss anyway. Happy Birthday, Mrs. Kathy! We love you!
